The most unsatisfactorily experience ever Waited 1 week for the part. Car was not working when we drove it off . Mechanic kept us over an hour. We paid $550.00 and had to rent a car for a week Waited 1 week for the part. Car was not working when we drove it off . Mechanic kept us over an hour. Now we start from beginning hoping the mechanic is able to think beyond his nose and tests the car correctly this time!!I am not finished with this dealer!Very poor service. More

Wasted hours and money, still have issues After a repair for an accident returned to dealership twice for the AC (unrelated) and a fuel gauge damaged during the repair. Waited 5 hrs to be diag After a repair for an accident returned to dealership twice for the AC (unrelated) and a fuel gauge damaged during the repair. Waited 5 hrs to be diagnosed and needed to return because no parts available ( which is understandable). Took another day off work, waited 4 1/2 hours and when I got home the AC and the fuel gauge were not working. Need to go take time off work again and probably waste the whole day. What exactly have I wasted my time and money for? Unacceptable! More
