I had a 11:30 appointment for the first service on my 2021 Hyundai Elantra. I arrived at 11:15 and waited a short time for an advisor. He wrote my car up for the first service and a recall. I informed hi 2021 Hyundai Elantra. I arrived at 11:15 and waited a short time for an advisor. He wrote my car up for the first service and a recall. I informed him that I would be waiting and he told me 1 1/2-2 hours. I made my way to the waiting area. After 2 hours I went to check on my car and at that time and was told by my adviser that it was being worked on and he had no control over that. At that point is went and spoke with first the service manager and also the service director. Come to find out my car hadn’t even gone into the shop. After several minutes of conversation with the manager, the service director told me that it was now going into the shop. I understand that the dealership is busy and if the advisor had at least taken the time to inform me of the delay, at least that would have been better than me finding out my car hadn’t even gotten into the shop. I again went back inside and waited for another 30-45 minutes. The advisor finally came to inform me that it was done. I proceeded to the cashier to get my receipt and then went outside for the porter to bring me my car. When it arrived I found grease on the hood and trunk of my car. I went back inside to show both the advisor and the manager. To their credit they did at least go out and clean it off. I have been a loyal customer of Rick Case motor company for many years, but after this experience I will have to think twice before I return for any service or repairs or to purchase another car. More

I would like to give a shout out to your service writer Joel Arango whom I rate as a perfect "10". From the moment I arrived I was greeted in a very friendly manner. He listened patiently and addressed al Joel Arango whom I rate as a perfect "10". From the moment I arrived I was greeted in a very friendly manner. He listened patiently and addressed all questions and concerns in a very professional manner. Joel kept me abreast of all services that needed to be performed without any pushy behavior. For the past several years I had been going to your 441 location and was not happy at all. It was impossible to reach over the phone and upon leaving a voice mail would take 2 days for a call back, In addition they failed numerous times to chk tire pressure and when they did failed to inflate properly. From now on I will now be scheduling all service repairs to be performed thru Joel at your Weston shop. Joel Arango is a true asset to your staff and I will return. More
