Very disappointed l made an appt in advance for oil change for Saturdaty 10 th at 11 am. I received a call to confirm the appointment, l got there at 10:45 am and l left at 3:45 pm, waiting time is u change for Saturdaty 10 th at 11 am. This was my first maintenance visit and it was disappointing. I only gave it 2 stars because I ended up getting my oil changed and that’s what I needed. But I waited almost 2 hours! When I checked in, they said it was going to be an hour and a half and I repeated back, “An hour and a half?!” And the employee said “Yes, that’s standard.” The employee didn’t seem too thrilled with my sarcasm and wasn’t the nicest. But I mean seriously, That long for an oil change? They should really do something about their scheduling and appointments because there is no way it should take that long. I really might go somewhere else in the future and actually pay for an oil change instead of using the promotion of 3 years or 36,000 miles because waiting almost 2 hours is ridiculous. I also pointed out that they have a sign that says “Oil Changes - Done Fast!” And told them that waiting that long for an oil change is not done fast. It’s false advertisement. More
