Stay away from buying parts at this dealership, and especially beware of Darren Marshall. Darren is beyond rude to customers and overcharges for items then brings it down to MSRP to make you think you especially beware of Darren Marshall. Never called me to let me know my car was ready.. The salespeople are nice but twice we’ve encountered a rude service tech, Joel Arango. He literally told me I didn’t have an appointment and that I was lying, and that if I didn’t like it, I could go else rude service tech, Joel Arango. The service Dept needs to improve their time mgmt. A wait of over 1.5 hrs for oil change while you’ve got an appointment is terrible. More
Absolutely unacceptable. I scheduled service over a week in advance and described everything that I needed. Arrived 15 min early, checked in at the desk and the vehicle was taken by the valet. I was told that one of the services would take 2hr and the other they'd have to examine the car first to estimate. They don't provide loaner cars or ride-share service and their shuttle service doesn't cover where I live, so I waited at the dealership. 4 HOURS LATER AND THEY HADN'T EVEN LOOKED AT THE CAR. They told me to wait another hour to have someone take the case, so they could determine if the problem could even be resolved same day. Do not waste your time with this place. More
