The sales rep. was uninterested in us and on his phone, annoyed that we were asking to look at a car, because we were unsure if we would get a car. We instead went to the Hyundai Potamkin dealership and they were interested enough in their customers, and guess what, we bought our car with them. And my car doesn’t have that gaudy “Rick Case” free advertisement on the back. More

I had previously called and left numerous messages to schedule appointments but no return calls. Today it took 2.5hr for oil change. I hope their customer service improves. More
