David was very patient with me on my purchase of a new 2012 Sonata. I had been looking for a Sonata since June and David let me come back many times and ask many questions before I decided to purchase. He 2012 Sonata. But, always reassured me that this was the best car to match my current car (Lexus). The price negotiation went very easy and I was pleased with the trade-in price that I got for the cars that I turned in (2007 Lexus, 2004 Sonata). The Finance Officer was also very nice and explained all the optional packages without pressure. I have already recommended Rick Case and my new Sonata to my friends. This is the 3rd car that we have purchased from Rick Case Hyundai. More
Andrea and I decided to go to your dealership although it was 35+ miles away because we thought you would have a large selection of the car we wanted- a Santa Fe. When we walked in my wife actually had to ask to see a salesperson rather than being swarmed and attacked by the sales staff- what a nice change. We were introduced to Juan Martinez, who turned out to be a very experienced, knowledgeable, and charming professional. We test drove a car, selected one and went through the process of getting a final price. Since this was our first stop we did leave empty handed so to speak. We then visited other Hyundai dealers, Honda and Toyota but decided to go back to you. We were in constant contact with Juan so we knew the car was still there and he was always most courteous on the phone. We didn't know what to expect about the price but when we said we wanted the car, with NO hassles involved, the original price was offered by Juan's manager and accepted. Although this was a cash deal we then met with Rolando to discuss an Extended Warranty which we did purchase. He too was a total professional, knew his business and was very courteous. All this time we were under a clock watch as we had to get back to North Palm Beach to get our grandkids. Everyone really hustled to help us get out and make our deadline. The next day we had to return to bring in the title and met with Jodelle who was also very kind and helpful. So bottom line is a usually unpleasant task of buying a car turned into a stressless and pleasant experience. Our last 3 cars were Ford's- an 1996 Explorer we drove for 125,000 miles, a 1996 Ranger truck still going, and a 2004 Escape (which you now have) that was still problem free at 137,000 miles.
