The sales rep. was uninterested in us and on his phone, annoyed that we were asking to look at a car, because we were unsure if we would get a car. He apparently do was uninterested in us and on his phone, annoyed that we were asking to look at a car, because we were unsure if we would get a car. He apparently doesn’t understand that if you’ve showed up at the dealership and are considering a car, odds of you buying one are high, you might just need a little nudge. We instead went to the Hyundai Potamkin dealership and they were interested enough in their customers, and guess what, we bought our car with them. And my car doesn’t have that gaudy “Rick Case” free advertisement on the back. More

Today 8/8/22 I went in for schedule appt for oil change and maintenance check on vehicle I brought at same dealer Rick Case Hyundai 3 years ago. Daniel L/consultant was great, knowledgeable and efficient. and maintenance check on vehicle I brought at same dealer Rick Case Hyundai 3 years ago. Daniel L/consultant was great, knowledgeable and efficient. But I will add I had originally come on Friday 8/5/22 only 1 consultant available and I couldn’t be seen. I had previously called and left numerous messages to schedule appointments but no return calls. Today it took 2.5hr for oil change. I hope their customer service improves. More
