Unprofessional Sales Manager. I planned a visit today to see a unit that had just come in. Spoke with the sales associate a few times confirmed I will be in after work. I checked back in to confirm availability before I took the hour and a half drive. Sales associate confirmed the unit was available, but I wanted Sales Manager to confirm and also wanted to discuss the ridiculous mark up that I was still willing to pay. Sales manager confirmed units availability (this is my third confirmation now) and said she will hold the key and make sure the car will not be sold and I can come and drive it/start the buying process. I am roughly 10 minutes away from the dealership and get a phone call from the sales manager who proceeds to inform me they just sold the unit. I couldn't believe all the confirming and assurance that this manager gave me and just sells the car while I'm moments away during this ridiculous drive. Livid isn't even good enough to describe what that woman did. Gigantic waste of my time and money(gas is not cheap). I am waiting on a callback from the GM and highly suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for something hard to find. Dealership just wanted that sale and that is very evident. I mean you really confirmed my appointment 1 hr before you call me back DURING MY TRIP TO YOUR DEALERSHIP and call me 10 minutes before I arrive. I fully expect a refund on my gas and time wasted driving all over south florida trying to overpay for a car. Yes this is getting posted everywhere until corrective action is taken on that sales manager and I get some form of reimbursement for the giant waste of time/gas this entire endeavor was. Don't believe a word they say on the phone this is just absolutely unacceptable. More

The communication was friendly and prompt, but like most car dealerships right now, Rick Case Hyundai is price gouging people who are desperate for a vehicle. They are charging thousands of dollars more for car dealerships right now, Rick Case Hyundai is price gouging people who are desperate for a vehicle. They are charging thousands of dollars more for a used car than if you had bought it new. They are also adding an almost $3000 bloat “protection plan” to the purchase which is not optional. This is a public service announcement regarding Rick Case Deceptive sales practices and outright Lies to get you in the door. To make a long story short my wife opened up an online account at express.rickcas Deceptive sales practices and outright Lies to get you in the door. To make a long story short my wife opened up an online account at express.rickcasehonda.com. Once my wife selected the car she wanted with the options it gave us a detailed breakdown of total cost that you can see below. The website indicated that the car was sitting at Rick Case in Weston and was ready to be viewed. My wife and I went over there to look at the car and the salesman said it was not there but would be in a week or two. He proceeded to show us different Honda pilot models including the touring model we had originally asked about but not the car we came in to see. Once he met with the sales manager and came out with the price for the exact same car with the exact same options was approximately $6,000 higher. When we asked him if we waited for the car we originally came in to see what the cost would be for that out the door. Again he gave us a price that exceeded $6,000 over the agreed upon purchase price on the website. He started to try to explain but I knew exactly where this was going, smoke and mirrors BS. The bottom line is Rick Case Honda does not and will not honor the total purchase price on their Express website. We left Rick Case and I decided to come home and fill out my own account under a different name on the express Rick Case Honda website and got the same numbers my wife did. I had a different salesman contact me and they told me yes now the car is here on the lot and even offered to FaceTime me. At that point I had told him we were just there and the car supposedly was not. I asked him what is the best price you can give me for that car? Once again we got a slightly lower price than the first salesman we talked to but still exceeded $6,000 over the agreed upon price online. I am telling you do not waste your time going to Rick Case if you're going to be relying on them to give you an honest out the door number online. I would also like you to know there were no additional add-ons or any modifications made whatsoever to the online order therefore there would be no reason for a $6,000 increase. Our credit score is 820 and we were even going to pay cash but no movement on price.
