Long time customer and like to think loyal to Rick and Rita. However this recent experience really let us down. We had preordered our car and made an appointment with the sales manager Ernesto. We arrived early and Ernesto set us up with Rey the salesman. Took a test ride that took 10mims to complete. Came back to the dealership finished paperwork which took another 30mins. Told to wait for F&I guy to complete documents. 2.5hrs later we were still waiting. Only when we threw a fit did they get their act together. No one took responsibility and all they kept say during the waiting was " your new the car has been sent to be washed and we are waiting for a Finance guy" horrible experience and awlful customer service.
