Aaron Clark was very soft spoken but thorough. After checking the vehicle’s history he informed me if the noisy driver’s side window recall that was outstanding for my vehicle. He then ordered the part and promised to call when the part was received. My vehicle’s service was completed as promised and I was promptly notified. When the part arrived for the recall Aaron contacted me and arranged for me to to schedule my vehicle for the recall work to be completed. I found him to be a true professional and very thorough. I brought my car in because the oil light came on. I got an oil change and my oil light still comes on. I also provided the service replacement with two plastic light covers which had come off my vehicle ju an oil change and my oil light still comes on. I also provided the service replacement with two plastic light covers which had come off my vehicle just above the rear license plate. Not only didn’t they put them in but they kept them. I also had to wait 2.5 for the service even though I had an appointment. Then when they told me my car was ready I paid and then waited outside for another 15 minutes because the car was not ready.
