As I entered the building, I was greeted by Donald (salesman). Donald was not like the "typical" sales person; by this I mean he was not pushy, overwhelming, or irritating. He took the time to respect me as a potential buyer, and made me feel valued. Before I left your dealership (with my new car), I felt like a friend of the dealership. I also want to say that I had the pleasure of dealing with Ralph (manager) and Nadia (finance). Ralph and Nadia were also friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. Ralph was able to explain everything that was going on in terms of numbers with the vehicle, and also got me a good trade in value for my old car. Nadia was honest and very informative throughout the whole finance portion of my visit. She took time to explain each and every service and option available to me for my new purchase. These 3 employees made my experience at Rick Case Hyundai the most pleasurable experience I have EVER had in terms of making a purchase.
