I want to say thank you to Rock Case for the EXCELLENT experience I had last Thursday at Rick Case Hyundai (Weston, FL: Weston Road location). I went in to purchase a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. As I entered experience I had last Thursday at Rick Case Hyundai (Weston, FL: Weston Road location). I went in to purchase a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. As I entered the building, I was greeted by Donald (salesman). Donald was not like the "typical" sales person; by this I mean he was not pushy, overwhelming, or irritating. He took the time to respect me as a potential buyer, and made me feel valued. Before I left your dealership (with my new car), I felt like a friend of the dealership. I also want to say that I had the pleasure of dealing with Ralph (manager) and Nadia (finance). Ralph and Nadia were also friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. Ralph was able to explain everything that was going on in terms of numbers with the vehicle, and also got me a good trade in value for my old car. Nadia was honest and very informative throughout the whole finance portion of my visit. She took time to explain each and every service and option available to me for my new purchase. These 3 employees made my experience at Rick Case Hyundai the most pleasurable experience I have EVER had in terms of making a purchase. I took their business cards, and have proudly been passing them out to people I know that are looking to purchase a new vehicle. I want you to know that Donald, Ralph, and Nadia are 3 people that add a tremendous value to your dealership and they are much more than employees...they are an assets to your dealership.
