This is the 4th Hyundai purchased from RC Hyundai. My driveway qualifies as an extended Rick Case Hyundai parking lot! We all enjoy the vehicles, and I am really impressed with the new Sonata that I pur driveway qualifies as an extended Rick Case Hyundai parking lot! We all enjoy the vehicles, and I am really impressed with the new Sonata that I purchased for my wife last week. Carlos was extremely professional and made the purchase a no-hassle event by handling all the paper work and negotiations himself. In the past, I have had to deal with multiple managers who make me wait. Carlos printed the Finance paperwork so I avoided an hour long wait for a finance manager. He was there at 730 in the morning to negotiate the sale and there at 7pm at night to complete the deal. This allowed me to avoid missing any work. As an owner of 4 Hyundai Vehicles, Accent, Elantra, Sonata, Azera, I think this shows some loyalty to this dealership. I hope the Service department is ready for us. Thanks Edward Wallach More

I had a very enjoyable experience buying a new elantra fo my daughter. Jacques was very helpful and knew the inventory well. The first thing i told Jaimie when we first talked was, "Jaimie, i really need a car". Jaimie made it his mission at that moment to make sure i drove out of there that day with a new car. My car was towed in for service (battery terminal)& $133 tow bill. Cory Wells was assigned to my ticket which is awesome since he is the best in Service. He is honest, reliable & friendly! I have had him in the past & was happy to get him again! It was my lucky day! My husband & I were looking to trade since the trade in values were higher on used cars. We traded 2 cars together 5 years ago. I bought a Touson & he bought an accent. Cory introduced us to Gary Dudash. Again, it was my lucky day to meet Gary. Gary is very professional, honest & friendly. Words that seldom describe a car saleman! Gary took the time to explain the features of the Sonata & we took it for a test drive. Unfortunately, my husband had to leave suddenly since his brother in law just found out he had stage 4 cancer & had to drive out of town to be with him. He couldnt be there to help with the deal. Gary was understanding & sympathic with us & helped me with the deal. He went above & beyond to make the deal at a difficult time for us! Thank you so much! Steve did our financing & paperwork. He is very professional too & made it fun instead of tedious! He has a great personality too. I love my new 2012 Sonata so much!! It's a fun car to drive & I will recommend Rick Case Hyundai, Cory Wells, Gary Dudash & Steve (finance) to anyone I can. The next week, my husband traded his accent in for another accent & he loves it too! We are happy with the extended roadside assistance program & 20 year/200,000 mile warranty too! I had my heart set on a 2012 Hyundai Genesis R-spec sedan. While all of the other South Florida dealers I spoke with simply refused to sell the car for any price below MSRP, Ralph Sorrentino went the sedan. I cannot say enough good things about Ralph and his sales consultant, James Taylor. If not for them, I may very well have ended up with another brand of car (I was that frustrated). This is our second purchase from Rick Case (the other being a Honda Odyssey). They really go out of their way to make the customer happy. To say I am pleased would be a huge understatement!
