After putting on miles so far I'm just fearful of how far the dealership is from my residence. Steve was very professional and great with his follow up while we were researching our options. I also likes that he didn't give us the feeling that there was any pressure in making a deal. He was so friendly and warm and overall a pleasure to deal with. Only complaint about the process was that it took a while to get the "financing" guy to do what ever he does. I didn't really understand why it would take more than a few minutes, especially since we were paying in full with a check! I was in a rush, and ultimately,I saw Steve go outside and tell him I had to leave. That was when he threw out his cigarette and finally went in to deal with us. I didn't like that. More

I would like to see some more clarity on the best deals you could provide. I know that everything is great BUT, it was. My sales person was very friendly. I was overwhelmed with the level of professionalism that Rich Case Hyundai, located at Davie, Fl provided for me. Previous to my purchase I had been researching the Hyundai Elantra on Consumer Reports and i Rich Case Hyundai, located at Davie, Fl provided for me. Previous to my purchase I had been researching the Hyundai Elantra on Consumer Reports and its amazing 40 MPG, price, and amenities. As a result, I was familiar with the product and decided as a last detail to visual inspect and possibly drive the Hyundai Elantra. September 26, 2011 I walked into the Rick Case Hyundai-Davie Location and was immediately greeted by Mr. Preston Young. He asked me a few questions including but not limited to: How are you this evening, how can I assist you, and allow me to explain the additional benefits of these cars and this particular dealership. Mr. Young truly listened to my concerns as a customer, as evidenced by his ability to provide me with the car of my choice. Upon listening to his comprehensive explanation of the: Elantra, amenities, warranty, and customer dealership perks, I was assured and prepared to make this purchase. I immediately gave Mr. Preston my information and we proceeded with the arrangements. Most notable was his professional manner to which he personally delivered and picked me up from the Finance Manger, Mike Bushman. Mr. Bushman was explicitly thorough in the terms of the purchase. All my questions and concerns were answered to my full satisfaction. Thereafter, Mr. Preston appeared again and escorted me back to the main lobby where I was introduced for the second time to the General Manager, Fares Abualown. This was a pleasant surprise, because it is uncommon to see a Manager so personable and decent. The personnel at Rick Case-Davie Florida win my seal of approval and restored my faith in the Business Practices of South Florida.
