The dealership even offers a 3 day return policy, if you aren't happy with the car. I met Brett Garcia, who immediately impressed me, because I know at the end of the day they need to make a sale, but never once gave me the slick car salesman talk! Maroone Toyota had given me a a enticing deal to stay with Toyota. I explained this to Brett and he went to the sales manager and explained my deal. At first the sales manager stated there was no way he could match the deal. I am sure Mr. Garcia was disappointed at the fact of losing a sale, but was gracious and kind when we were leaving the dealership. Also, the fact that as a female,I could easily be mislead. I informed them that I was firm and not going to negotiate back and forth. Make the deal, I buy the car! The next day Brett called and stated the manager could give me the same deal as Maroone. I came in to purchase the car and there were no surprises. I love my Hyundai Sonata and would recommend Brett Garcia and then your dealership, because his service is what really sold me the car, because I had gone to another dealership who said they would beat your price if I came back to them. Nick Nickerson was terrific. I did not want a big car and you did not have the one I wanted. Nick went out of his way to find me the accent.
