Jeremy was great. He kept me informed when to expect our Veloster in and had it all ready when i did come in. He explained and showed my fiance all the features of the car. David simplified and streamlined the process simply by having supporting people who knew their jobs well and were able to make everything happen - quickly, like a well oiled machine. Steven McCartney was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to educate me about my new Sonata and to insure my happiness with it. Steve, Jose, Ralph, and David were all great from start to finish. I went in thinking that I was going to be disappointed, but left feeling over the moon. Paul Ravenell, our sales consultant, put us at ease with his professionalism and "genuine" demeanor. He came across as truly wanting to have a "happy" customer and told us of the various vehicles and what his professionalism and "genuine" demeanor. Some sales people give the consumer an impression that they are just out to get the sale and you are just another consumer for the day. This is why I state that Mr. Ravenell's demeanor is not like that at all. He was always easily reachable on the phone and he would follow up on any question I may have.
