Jeremy was great. He kept me informed when to expect our Veloster in and had it all ready when i did come in. He explained and showed my fiance all the features of the car. Paul Ravenell, our sales consultant, put us at ease with his professionalism and "genuine" demeanor. He came across as truly wanting to have a "happy" customer and told us of the various vehicles and what his professionalism and "genuine" demeanor. This is why I state that Mr. Ravenell's demeanor is not like that at all. He was always easily reachable on the phone and he would follow up on any question I may have.
