He went above and beyond in meeting my expectations and desire when I choose specific package and color on this extremely hard to get 2012 Veloster. There was slightly issue at first where my car was sitting at port for some reason and Dimitry Yakubovich and Nick Nickerson got together to get the exactly car I want and it was from another state. Most dealership and sales would shrug their shoulder and offer another choice. But they didn't, they roll up their sleeves to get the car I want.
