The experience went smoothly as silk, he was not pushy, he is very mellow and take his time to work with me. He's not like other sales who approach to you and want to sell the car right now or try to do anything tricky. He went above and beyond in meeting my expectations and desire when I choose specific package and color on this extremely hard to get 2012 Veloster. There was slightly issue at first where my car was sitting at port for some reason and Dimitry Yakubovich and Nick Nickerson got together to get the exactly car I want and it was from another state. Most dealership and sales would shrug their shoulder and offer another choice. But they didn't, they roll up their sleeves to get the car I want. Nick is the UTMOST respectfully sale guy I've ever met, hat off to him!! And I'm glad Dimitry (GMS) was involved to speed thing up, I owe them BIG thanks!! Identified the problem but never called back as promised. The service manger Mark Perry was supposed to call back to get problem fixed. No one called back.
