From the time we walked into Rick Case, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. There was no pressure at all, they gave us information and then they LISTENED. We actually received a better auto, at a lower price and with better financing, than we had expected before entering the dealer! The place is super clean, they have a real coffee shop with all kinds of goodies, and you can feel at home while you look at cars. This is the best new car shopping experience I've ever had! More

I bought my car about a year ago at Rick case Hyundai in Weston. I took my friend few month after to the same sales man who sold me my car and I was promised a check for $100.00 for referring my friend. It Weston. It has being an ongoing battle for over 5 months now; me calling numerous times, going in to the dealership to collect what I was promised. I have gone in person and I have spoken to my sales man and managers. The sales man even told me that the first check got lost on the mail that they were mailing me another one, that was two month ago. Last week I contacted the General Manager Mr. David Smith after several attempts and a voice mail, I called him one more time and I spoke to him. I explained to him the problem I was having. He asked for all of my and my friend’s information and told me that he was going to call me back. (Still waiting) he even made fun of my last mane when I spelled it out for him and told me that I needed a new one. I guess my last name is too complex for his vocabulary. (Nice going there bud) very professional. My suggestion to you all shoppers do your homework and don’t believe on everything they say they are going to give you. Be careful if you do business with this people. I will post this on all local review websites. More

Don, is a salesman, who knows what he is doing, and no games are played. When it came to finacing, you can't meet anyone friendlier or nicer the Sophia, works hard for you, and even after the deal was signed and done, she continued to work on getting us a better rate and monthly payment, then, what we signed for, NEVER have I ever gotten a phone call, the next day, to find out, that everything was lowered for me. Rick Case has a great sales team, back by financal officers that are short of wonderful. The Hyndai Sonata is beautiful, the Dealership is great, and the people can't be beat. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else from no on, and would tell, if not, take all my family and friends there. My deepest thanks and appreciation to Dan, Don, and Sophia for all they did. If I could give you guys more then a 5 star rating, I would. More

He was not pushy, demanding or made us feel like we should not be there. Andrew worked out our deal and made it win-win for both of us. There was no haggling or going back and forth. He helped us with our trade ins and kept us abreast every step of the way. When we left that night we discussed how we wanted the car but were not sure we should do it just yet. Then Andrew showed up at our house WITH THE CAR! That was in my opinion way above and beyond anything I ever experienced with a car dealership. Needless to say we bought the car and now have formed a good relationship with Andrew, the General Manager David Smith and the rest of the gang at Rick Case. I have since then bought a Honda Generator from the Rick Case Scooter Store and am a VERY happy client. Prior to Rick Case I bought all my cars at William Lehman in Miami but have now changed all my business to Rick Case. More
I firmly went to this location to buy a new car. Don Leighton was very friendly, honest and professional. We test drove two cars and we liked Elantra 2013 GLS.
