I have bought two used vehicles from Rick Case Hyundai Davie. The first being a Honda Crosstour and the second a used Ford F350 Diesel. The Honda has been great. The F350 has been horrible. This was Rolando Sanabria's (Finance Manager) truck before I bought it. He lied and said he had kept up on the servicing, had EGR filtration done and had said " he never put it in 4 wheel drive". Right, 130,000 miles and never? He never did any of these things. I trusted him due the General Manger David Smith trusting what Rolando had said. The passenger door lock was broke, tensioner pulley broke, alternator went out, had a/c relay issues, fan clutch and secondary fan went out, of course the oil cooler and EGR cooler went out, automatic 4x4 never work(right front actuator out), had to get stuck to figure that out. Was lucky that it has manual as well. Fuel Injection was horrible dirty, fuel filters, coolant was dirty flushed it, Brakes had to be changed and rotors turned. I have left Rolando a message to call me back and have called his line three times. Also spoke with the new Gen Manager and he was suppose to tell Rolando to call me because he flat out told me there was nothing he could do that I bought it as is, period. I bought this used lemon pretty much in May. All these problems since then. I had told David Smith about the 4x4 not working and he said he might be able to help with it but I took care of it and thought it was just 1 problem. Well not so much. These repairs have cost me $5,600 so far plus I still have a payment on this truck! And this dealership doesn't want to help me at all and I put $8000 down! And I drove from SWFL to get it. Now that's great business! So if your looking to buy a used vehicle from Rick Case of Hyundai think again! More

I BOUGHT AN ELANTRA GT, AND WAS PROMISED A PRICE OVER PHONE AND WHEN WE FINALLY GOT TO FINANCING EVERYTHING CHANGED , WE HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT SCORE , NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THE DOUBLE DOWN PAYMENT OFFERED PHONE AND WHEN WE FINALLY GOT TO FINANCING EVERYTHING CHANGED , WE HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT SCORE , NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THE DOUBLE DOWN PAYMENT OFFERED THIS MONTH TOWARDS OUR PAYMENT AFTER PUTTING DOWN OUR MONEY , I WISH I WOULD HAVE SHOPPED A LITTLE MORE TO REALLY GET INFORMED , I WILL CONTACT CORPORATE OFFICE TO TELL SOMEONE ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE AND SEE ITF THEY AT LEAST GIVE US A FAIR CHANCE TO GET WHAT WE REALLY SHOULD GET AS PROMISED THRU DEALERS ADS.
