I Have purchased this car From Lehman Hyundai for my daughter because that is the model she wanted and they gave me a simple quote READ IMPORTANT!!!! When I was looking to buy I originally went Rick Case Hyundai in Weston FL (next to my home) they have lots of sales people and big facility. They are tactical liars and very aggressive like pit-bulls who purposely kept hungry . I pre shopped for car on the phone and visited the Weston dealership myself as I knew the model and color I wanted. Tom Anderson (sales person)guaranteed me a price match I found on the web and promised me no deviation from the deal, As I asked him several times no to to lie as I am a seasoned buyer and know it all. He dragged us over there wasted 2 hours of my time and raised the price by another $1300 from the price he was suppose to match and not even beat. When I went to complaint to his manager Jaimie Romany He gave me a look and justified the sales person lies and behavior. and told me that I dont have to buy, I insisted that the person lied to me and wasted my valuable time If you cant even complain to the manager who would listen to your complaint. This dealer ship has low standards and treat customers like idiots without respect. As a business men I would have never hire people like Tom Anderson and Jaimie Romany. I am so disappointing from Rick Case Dealership I would never recommend this place. Rick case is getting old More
