Service writer Nick is a good guy but has too much to juggle at once. Oil change took only 60 minutes but to get the paperwork closed out took another 60 minutes. I waited 1 hour for the paperwork to ge juggle at once. Oil change took only 60 minutes but to get the paperwork closed out took another 60 minutes. I waited 1 hour for the paperwork to get from Nick's desk to the cashier. Unfortunate. More
