Average Experience The finance person, Steven, was amazing to work with and very accommodating during the transaction. However, my salesperson was not to my liking. Duri The finance person, Steven, was amazing to work with and very accommodating during the transaction. However, my salesperson was not to my liking. During the process, he was very rushed. I had specific cargo space questions and he would not provide me with specs but said, well, just look at it. Admittedly, he was not tech savvy, but since both my husband and I are, it was not an issue. He was actually graceful about that. However, I had a minor question to which he has not returned my call. My dealer sticker states the car is "Marlin Blue." However, when I went to activate my Blue Link, it is listed as Gray. I contacted my salesperson out of curiosity. We specially wanted the Marlin Blue and went to an offsite lot to view the vehicle. His response was, "You drove it off the lot, it's yours. I'm with a customer." No follow-up at all. I have purchased my last three vehicles from a Rick Case dealership (a Tiburon and a Civic) and now this lease. I'm questioning the quality of sales personnel now since I never experienced any issues previously. Overall, the vehicle is exactly what I wanted, but the process was a bit disappointing. More
