I was very satisfied with Donald service, he did everything in his power to help me get the deal that I wanted he went beyond. It was not cool that the offers advertised by Hyundai all over the webs everything in his power to help me get the deal that I wanted he went beyond. I was also very satisfied with Victor Pizarro he was great and did everything in his power to give me the final deal. They are wonderful Human beings. Hopefully next time I can get a better deal. November 21, I negotiated a lease price for car with Rick Case Hyundai in Davie, FL. The sales manager and I both sign the offer sheet with the price, I place a $500.00 deposit The car was supposed to be de Case Hyundai in Davie, FL. The sales manager and I both sign the offer sheet with the price, I place a $500.00 deposit The car was supposed to be delivered the next week. The next day I get a call the car is in. I go in to the dealer to pick up the car and sit down with the finance manager to complete the paperwork. He proceeds to tell me the Sales Manager made a mistake on the taxes and the price is now $10.00 per month higher on a 36-month lease. How is that my fault? I then proceed to watch him randomly plug in numbers to his computer until he can get the monthly payment $10.00 per month higher. Sounds a little suspicious. If my current car lease was not expiring shortly and if there were not a shortage of cars, I would have just cancelled the order and walked out. I submit a survey with a less than five star rating, I’m contacted by the sales person desperate for me to change the rating because it was costing him money. I was contacted after a week from customer service apologizing for taking so long to get back to me, with a promise to speak to their general manager and call me the next day. That was two weeks ago, never heard back. More
