I’d rather get a root canal than visit this dealership. Communication with the customer service department at this location is horrendous. They don’t know how to communicate with the customer. If you decide to use their service department for repairs it will this location is horrendous. They don’t know how to communicate with the customer. If you decide to use their service department for repairs it will be up to you to call and if your lucky you may get a call back. Would definitely suggest another dealership if you need to service your car. Only gave them a 3 because of my past experience in buying my car there. The service department has declined and if the review was based on just the service department I would give one star. Totally unprofessional. More
