Back ten yes it was a 5 star. Less than 5 star on my last visit. Went on a Saturday for the oul change. It couldn't be done. They took the car about 11:10am i asked if car was ready. It wasn't and by the time it was ready and i got out it was 12pm. More

Customer Waiting Area is too noisy. The Valet on duty was inattentive; was intensely watching something on his cell phone which was propped up on his assigned work station (Work Podium The Valet on duty was inattentive; was intensely watching something on his cell phone which was propped up on his assigned work station (Work Podium ) never verbally acknowledge me as a customer, never indicated where car would be brought and how I (the customer) should position myself to get into the car. He pulled the car up opposite where I was standing, left it running, glanced in my direction, hurriedly walked off and NEVER SAID ONE WORD. THIS IS TOTALLY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE. As a customer I was treated as an inconvenience to this person. This lack of common courtesy is in very poor taste. More
