We got our cars at Carmax for several years, but one day my husband went out to Rick Case Hyundai in Weston (Davie) and got a Sonata. I was not happy. I thought all Rick Cases were the same, but was I wrong. My husband had the best salesman, Jose Chiaromonte. Jose was a car salesman sure, but he has a heart and cares about his client and wants them to be happy with their purchase/lease. My husband had 3 cars with Jose and I am on my 2nd. When my husband died this year and Hyundai was having me wait several weeks to return his car, Jose had me bring it to him at the dealership, and made a horrible time for me go smoothly. I'm sure all the salesmen at Weston/Davie are nice, but Jose will be my salesman forever. My husband loved him, and he was never wrong about people. I also recommend him to anyone who will listen. Jose took me over to Livan Crespo for the financials. He explained everything to me so I easily understood, and was so very nice. Great to deal with.
