Had my vehicle repaired here with Geico they recommended Rick Case Honda as a "preferred service provider" so I brought my Lexus here, big mistake the paint and clear coat is peeling already and the service Rick Case Honda as a "preferred service provider" so I brought my Lexus here, big mistake the paint and clear coat is peeling already and the service manager decided not to guarantee the work, since its been a long time; however, oem paint is fine, the only area affected is the one they did work on. Geico offers a "lifetime guarantee" on the work supposedly. Lesson learned take your car to a better shop they DO NOT USE OEM PAINT. More

The express service is amazing! Andrea Sanchez was the person who attended my car and she was fantastic. She kept me updated during the whole process and was efficient and effective from the moment we fir person who attended my car and she was fantastic. Today started out frustrating with my car, but when I got to Rick Case Honda my issues were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I went in to the front desk and right away was approached by the hero of th to Rick Case Honda my issues were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I went in to the front desk and right away was approached by the hero of this story, Humberto Costa. As I briefly told him several issues I was having with my vehicle, he told me he new exactly how to fix it. Not even 15 minutes later all my issue were either dealt with or I had a well put together easy to understand plan on what to do next. Mr. Costa is the definition of what great customer service should be, even went out of his way to tell me how I could save more and add value to my vehicle. I would simple like to thank you Mr. Costa from the bottom of my heart, it made my day better. More
