I took a video of everything working as it should moments prior to dropping off the car. It clearly showed the window going up and down flawlessly and quietly. When I pickup the car 4 hours later it now makes a strange noise like something banging against the glass whenever the window goes down. They refused to believe that I was telling the truth and tried to blame me and the age of the car for the noise. I then mentioned the video and showed it to them. Even with a time stamped video as proof they refused to take responsibility. Knowing they couldn't pin it on me any more they called the service manager Mark Warshefski. Mark, along with his staff again refused to assume responsibility and said that there was nothing they could do other than sell me a new window regulator and charge me for the labor to fix the issue. The issue that they caused! They spent more time trying to deny fault than it would have taken them to do the right thing and leave it the way they found it. Unbelievable! It is experiences like these that give dealerships a bad name. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. More
Excellent service. Staff is respectful and helpful. Didn’t have to wait long, even though there were many cars there. Staff is respectful and helpful. Didn’t have to wait long, even though there were many cars there. More

The price for a Melvin Haynes explained that the car was due it’s 15000 mile service. I explained that I would decide after the estimate for the A/C. The price for a new compressor with an oil change was $2000+. Melvin was very courteous and kept me informed. Other than the price being higher than expected, everything went well. More

It was late in the day so, I left the car, rented a vehicle and waited for the morning call from the dealership with results. I was told that the car had an "after market" gas cap that caused the light to come on, that they would have to order a replacement, etc. Waited another day. Finally, told the rep that I would pick up the car and retrieve the cap whenever it arrived. The service charge was $211.86 (still no gas cap). The next day, I was told the cap arrived, they charged me $61.62 for the cap. WHEN I COMPARED IT WITH THE CAP OR THE VEHICLE, IT WAS IDENTICAL ! So, now I have a total of $273.48 (for a gas cap). Additionally, I paid for two day car rental of $113.00. Total= $273.48 Later on, I found out that A LOOSE GAS CAP WILL CAUSE THE ENGINE LIGHT TO COME ON ! I really didn't the cap, I only needed an experienced, honest service rep that would check out the car (Gas cap tight ?) before starting this whole charade ! I called the service manager and never got a return call..... After 20 years as a customer....... they've lost me and any possible referenced business I may send. Besides, it's an old car and I'm almost ready to buy. replacement. GUESS WHERE I'LL NEVER GO AGAIN ? More
