I TOOK MY 2008 HONDA CIVIC IN FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND WAS HOPING THAT THE CAR COULD BE FIXED RIGHT AWAY. I SPOKE TO DONELL CRUZ AND HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE MORE TIME THEN THAT AND AND WAS HOPING THAT THE CAR COULD BE FIXED RIGHT AWAY. I SPOKE TO DONELL CRUZ AND HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE MORE TIME THEN THAT AND OFFERED TO GIVE A RIDE HOME. SO I SAID OK AND LATER THAT DAY GOT A CALL BACK AND WE DISCUSSED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR I SAID GO AHEAD AND FIX IT. i WAS KIND OF SURPRISE THAT IT WAS NOT THAT MUCH IT WAS ONLY $109 TO FIX IT. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WOULD RECOMMEND RICK CASE AND MY NEW SERVICE GUY DONELL CRUZ. GREATJOB!!!! More

Best I’ve ever had..This is the best Service Department I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My service advisor JEREMIAH CASTRO was COURTEOUS, PROMPT, EFFICIENT, FUNNY AND GREAT TO DEAL WITH. JEREMIAH’S work was IMPECCABLE and the manner we were treated was nothing more than EXCEPTIONAL. I have never had any DEALER TREAT US SO WELL. Jeremiah has gone out of his way to take care of me and my family and I appreciate that more than words can express. I cannot recommend a better place or employee to have your vehicles worked on. The quality of their work has been beyond my expectations. I’ve had several reasons to deal with this group, especially after a serious accident a month ago. We didn't need any follow up work after that repair which I find that to be totally amazing. I will continue RECOMMEND by word of mouth Rick Case Honda and his AMAZING Service Advisor Jeremiah Castro as the only place to go for service work. Thank you for treating us right every time. The cost is FAIR, the SERVICE is SPECTACULAR, the turnaround time is Quick. We all know we get what we pay for. People they are worth every penny. Please do keep up the Fantastic work. Most of our experience has been with the Service department, and I will only work with Jeremiah, not that the others aren’t as good he’s just too cute for words and overall my favorite. Tony Pereira was my service advisor. He went out of his way to make sure I received excellent service in many ways, but most importantly by taking the time to introduce me to my mechanic (Julio), then toge way to make sure I received excellent service in many ways, but most importantly by taking the time to introduce me to my mechanic (Julio), then together they showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. He was patient when I called my brother to ask his advice regarding the repairs and the cost. Tony also checked with my warranty company to make sure they took care of all the repairs that were covered under my plan. All through the process, Tony was very professional and knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable that he was giving me accurate information. He also made me feel like a valued customer by keping me up-to-date on the status of my car repairs and making sure that when I picked up the car I was shown how thorough the engine had been cleaned by Julio (who was also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional). Thanks Rick Case for hiring such fantastic employees. More

I have a 2003 Civic that, to me, still runs like new. I have been taking it to this Rick Case for service since I've had as did the owner I bought it from. The Express service is always quick, efficient, f have been taking it to this Rick Case for service since I've had as did the owner I bought it from. The Express service is always quick, efficient, friendly and convenient. I sit and wait with the options of coffee, flat screen TV, sandwich cafe and free wireless internet. I have yet to have any problems whatsoever. Nothing feels better than taking your car to its original dealership, because they, after all, are its true doctors! I'd recommend this Rick Case Honda to anyone, anywhere, anytime! More
