BEWARE, there are thieves. There were two gas gift cards on my console and when the car was returned to me, one was missing. Someone stole from me. When I discovered this, I immediately went back to complain. When I spoke to Mark W and explained what happened, he repeatedly "assured" me that no one has ever stolen anything. I suppose that makes me the liar. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Rick Case Honda and taken them all for service there as well. I have been a loyal customer until now. I will NEVER go back. Clearly Mark W does not value his customers. In addition, the service advisor I worked with offered to resurface the brake rotors for $400. when a full brake job costs $289. What a bunch of thieves in more than one way!! More

Usually come here for service so can only speak to that. Don’t cone here to service anything other than an oil change. They have zero value to the meaning of customer service. Finally found a service advisor who told me that only way they can even look at my car is if I leave it overnight. Without even asking me what the problem is. Unacceptable. Definitely won’t be coming back here. More
