Service Advisor Arnold great, actual service questionable Purchased Honda Certified pre-owned Pilot in June 2018. Air con barely kept car cool. Took in for service and told entire a/c system had to be replace Purchased Honda Certified pre-owned Pilot in June 2018. Air con barely kept car cool. Took in for service and told entire a/c system had to be replaced, but under warranty. Kept my car several days and service dept declined my request for a loaner. A/C problem persisted. Front cool, rear hot. Brought car in again for service 2 days ago. Problem was that no air coming from rear vents but could not diagnose cause. Again wanted me to leave vehicle, but no loaner approved. On same service ticket I reported problems with transmission lunging in low gears and sometimes rough in higher gears. Master Tech said tested and drove vehicle and they could find no problem. As i was leaving Rick Case, the lunging started again. Last night i researched the issue online and found numerous complaints of this problem. I printed them an will be wasting another day at Rick Case Service again tomorrow. Needless to say, I am not a happy Rick Case customer. More

Disappointment and frustration Made appointment to reapply upholstery protection after stains were removed, appointment was scheduled, then was told they don't work with that compan Made appointment to reapply upholstery protection after stains were removed, appointment was scheduled, then was told they don't work with that company anymore (but my service at this dealer was set up with that company). I tried to called the company, Sentinel. Then the service man at Honda told me they had some left if I wanted to wait an hour, very disorganized. Previously my son brought his car in, after work done, they checked his tires and told him they were good but then he got a flat on the highway on the way back to college. I called Rick Case once to share my concerns but never got a call back. I'm done with Rick Case Honda. More
No communication! We decided to go with your dealership because the car is a Honda and I just purchased a vehicle there and wanted to continue our business with you. I met Barbara/collision center and couldn't get a direct answer in regards as to do you take the car to another location for the appraisal or is it done on location. Also, do you have parts on location or will you have to order. She said, it shouldn't be a problem, they carry all the parts there, your a big company and servise alot of Honda vehicles. Well, turns out, they had to order parts, took over 3 days to receive. With this said, there was never a phone call to update us with the information as well as telling us we will need to contact Hertz, there on your property, to extend the rental. We were contacted by State Farm to see if we had our car back twice, we told them no, Rick Case has had our car for 2 weeks. At this time we learned Hertz was never contacted, but was told they would extend the rental. The car was ready for pickup yesterday, but we were never contated by Barbara like she said she would. We are picking up the car tomorrow. I will never use you collision department again and I will be sure to caution anyone if asked for my opinion. More

Worse service department ever! They don’t have the talent to resolve a recall issue even after taking the car in over 10 times.
