Bad customer service Went to get an oil change and waited almost 3 hours and when I finally asked about my car, I was told by a female rep that she had been calling me. I Went to get an oil change and waited almost 3 hours and when I finally asked about my car, I was told by a female rep that she had been calling me. I had not received a call and no one bothered to get off their xxx and come to the waiting room. Only to find out that she had been calling the wrong number and didn't even bother to check the invoice, after all @ some point prior to me being there, I did purchase a car. The icing on top was when I got ready to pay instead of expediting me to the front of the line to pay she looked @ me like I was crazy as to why would I even ask. For my trouble the manager gave me a free oil change to which I can't say I'm enthusiastic about using, seeing that I came from Pompano beach to Weston. My experience with Rick Case honda is they're all smiles and would do anything for you until you make a purchase and then you see that Rick Case Honda dont give a xxxx ABOUT YOU.........I can't believe that no one @ this business is thinking about retention.....like you know ....one day I will buy another car...... Just bought four tires but I just bought four tires there on Saturday and only drove home from the dealer and didn't drive over the weekend. On my way to work on Monday, the "low tire pressure" warning started beeping. I was working late that night, I couldn't take my car in to the dealership to check in. So, I had my tires checked without going back to the dealer and I found that front tire pressures are supposed to be 33 and rears are 30 but they put opposite, that's why the warning didn't go away until fixing the air pressure. This is so basic, I cannot believe they didn't do right... More
