Using the typical used car tactics . He lied-and said he never received the documents from my credit union. He lied-and said he never received my very lengthy voicemail message, stating I would be using my personal credit union, and my arrival time with A $15,000 down payment. His attitude was totally uncalled for . He needs to get with the program and practice the philosophy of the institution that he works for. My Credit union loan officer personnel said - sometimes the dealerships get nasty when they find out you use the credit union for financing . The loan officer personnel had no knowledge of Luis Naranjos conduct towards me or my personal experience when she made that comment. Buyers beware of the Financial Manager Luis Naranjos! My overall experience with the dealership was great except him. My Salesmen from Rick Case used cars Jon Wagner & Patrick where fantastic! No pressure- No B. S. There is too much information available now on the Internet for any car sales employee to act in such an unprofessional manner. More
