Made sure we were comfortable and had pleanty water as it was a crazy hot day. He explained the vehicles that met the needs we expressed in a new car. We decided that a Civic Hatchback Sport Touring best met our needs. We test drove it and told Rafael that this was the vehicle we wanted. We haggled a little on the amount they offered on my trade and finally came to an agreement on trade in amount and lease payment amount. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
