He gives me the necessary information and tries to work with me budget-wise and what the main issues that should be resolved. I trust his advice, which is rare these days. Buyer Beware!!! After a 6 hour ordeal, we purchased a new 2019 Honda Civic from Rick Case on 09-20-19. My wife and I have lots of life experience purchasing cars. Our After a 6 hour ordeal, we purchased a new 2019 Honda Civic from Rick Case on 09-20-19. My wife and I have lots of life experience purchasing cars. Our credit is pristine. Salesman Chris was friendly and helpful. Sales manager on duty (did not get his name) attempted to cover up the $700 dealer fee, then misrepresented my final offer to finance (Sam Ziade). Mr. Ziade attempted a heavy sales pitch for extended warranty and gap insurance which we naturally declined. Dealer financing could not match our bank financing despite a credit score in the 800s. At this point we were given the final sales sheet and noticed the sales price was $350 higher than the agreed sales price. Sales manager and finance had to redo the bill of sale claiming it was a mistake. Finally, the correct bill of sale was signed and the deal completed. The car was washed and ready to drive off when I notices paint scratches. I refused the car and asked for another car. The second car had a paint chip on the trunk resulting in refusal. The third car was pristine with 5 miles on the odometer. After 6 hours and resigning of the finance papers twice, we drove off exhausted and very disappointed with this dealership. More
