I have used Rick Case Honda Davie for years as I own 2 Honda Odyssey minivans. Today I took one minivan to be repaired for a faulty fuel pump leaking. The technicians and service rep were very good. The part manager however was unable to beat or match the same part with free shipping off the internet HondaPartsnow.com. They offer the same part, same warranty , and free shipping. I understand the dealership is there to make money but the parts department had marked up this part 147%. Price offered from Honda was $241.78. Rick Case same part was $359.42 on my invoice. That's a 47% markup???? Also Honda's full retail price is 344.42. So again Rick Case was ABOVE RETAIL PRICE???? When asked Mr. Button about this he was able to mark the price down a bit but said "I can not match that price or come close. You should buy from the internet." That was it. I paid my bill and left and will no longer use this service center because of non competitive part pricing alone. All other departments were very good, especially Jose Alamo in customer service. More

From the very first contact, I encountered exceptional customer service at every level I interacted with. Mr. Dario Luna was very knowledgeable and explained patiently all the vehicle's features. We then entered the next phase, the dreaded price negotiating. Mr. Andy Radu's approach was relaxed, straight forward and we rapidly came to an agreement. The next step was Mr. Eddie Figueredo's office.He explained everything and answered my numerous questions with a smile on his face and up-beat attitude. The entire process lasted a few short, pleasant hours. The team I had working with me exhibited an extremely high standard of professionalism in a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. For my friends and family this is how I summed up the experience: "It took me longer to get insurance coverage than it took to purchase the vehicle!" I would like to congratulate Rick Case Honda on creating such a friendly, relaxed environment where purchasing a new vehicle is an absolute delight! More

I started researching for a new car last November (2012). I read Consumer Reports, got all the information I would need before I even set foot in any dealership, and in fact, came here to find a good dealer I read Consumer Reports, got all the information I would need before I even set foot in any dealership, and in fact, came here to find a good dealership in my area. It pointed me to Rick Case Honda. I went on site, not intending to buy ,but just look at the car in person. I met Rafael Davila there and advised him I was just looking at that time, he still showed me around the car, lifted the hood, showed me what was wear and how it looked on the inside. I left, but got a card from him and scheduled a test drive (again, no intention to buy just yet). Test drive went great, and he did pitch me for financing, which I expected, but it wasn't a high pressure pitch (I'm a salesman myself, so I know a pitch when I hear one ). I shopped around and found a different dealership with a better price, made one call back to the rep and asked if he'd meet it, he said yes , and with that, I went down and got the car. I'm a first time buyer, so I researched ahead of time and was made aware of what not to pay for , and what I absolutely had to pay for. I calculated a price range ahead of time (both low and high ). Rafael handed me the paperwork, and he'd met my low price, and there was no gimmicks on the paperwork, the price he said he would meet, he met, no suprises, no hidden extras. That paperwork was painless. I went to financing, and that was equally as painless , everything was explained in plain english, and again, no hard ball sales tactics, no pitching (except for the extended warranty, but again, I came in expecting that anyway, and it wasn't high pressure by any means ). I'd reccommend Rick Case Honda to anyone, and especially Rafael Davilla! Great job guys! More
