In the past I have been to many Honda dealers. But none have ever been so courteous and kind I did not get pressured to buy a car all I got was good customer service, and a knowledgeable salesperson. No one ever likes to go to a car dealerships because they are always being pressured to buy a car. The gentleman who sold me the car showed me what I asked for and when my needs changed because of the information that was shared with me, he was more than happy to show me the other cars that I asked for. He even took the time to show me how to set up my phone once I had purchased my vehicle everything from the test drive, to the negotiation, on the way to when I spoke the financial manager, went smooth and without any pressure, I was given my choices and information that I asked for and they let me make my own decisions and that's how I like it. I got great customer service so much that my friend that was with me, decided she's going to buy a car from the same place, Rick Case I want to thank you a lot once again you guys are the best. You made buying a car a pleasurable experience and I would like to thank you for that. I will recommend Rick Case to anyone that asked me where they should buy the next car or first car... Alan and Wayne made the process of purchasing a new vehicle as painless as possible. My purchase was the second CRV we purchased in 5 days. I purchased one and my daughter purchased one.
