Experience Overall the car shopping experience was good. I was a cash paying buyer so didn't have to go through the gruesome financing process which was great. Exceptional from start to finish! When I decided to buy a new car like most people I shopped around and this not being my first new vehicle I was dreading the process. From my initial phone call to ask a simple question to assure my type of "pre-approved/cash" deal was honored to the moment I drove off the lot in my new car I was treated with respect and consideration. At no moment did I feel I was being pushed into a sale or being pushed into a deal that was not the right thing for me. Is a matter of fact, I walked in with a cash blank check ready to write it out to the dealer and drive off, this was a sure deal. YET the team still took the time to better my deal and make me a happier customer than when I walked in. The team in our opinion went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. as previously stated, the experience I had at Rick Case Honda was great! Alex and Carlos went out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted at the price that I could afford. Carlos' knowledge of the vehicle and all its workings was great. Alex and Carlos took the time to explain everything about the process and the steps to buying the car and even walked me around the dealership so I could get familiar with the location (he even offered hot dogs that were being grilled outside...lol). When I was taken to the Finance Dept. Mario went above and beyond what I expected in explaining my options in the financing process. Overall I had a great experience dealing with these gentlemen.
