Price I went to buy a Honda fit because i'm on a tight budget(retired only social security). The salesman told me that his manager said that with the discounts available that I could buy a civic for around the same price. I took him at his word and went ahead with the deal. I am terminally shy. I went along with everything because I did not want to hurt his feelings. The final monthly payment was 321. I can't believe that that amount is around the same payment for a Honda fit. Plus on the cost breakdown, there were no discounts. It's not the salesman's fault. I should have been more assertive. I also filled her in on my recent auto accident, injuries and my need to investigate other cars before masking decision. She understood my anxiety and was so sweet. She took her time with me and did not try to pressure me into buying that day. After doing some research I returned to meet with Cheri and drove my beautiful new car home. It was a pleasure dealing with Cheri and she continues to work with me on getting a small scratch on the steering column fixed. He always kept his word and always delivered. He is (at least when he's dealing with me) very present guy, he's not one of those Redbull fueled crazy sales man. Since buying a car is so stressful and very lengthy process, it's always nice to have a good guy like Romeo to work with. Oh, and Romeo and the service manager Wisler are the major factor why we stayed with Honda, despite the fact Honda America lied to me about TSB on my previous Honda. So Honda America, if you are reading this review, give these two gents a raise and offer more incentive to Rick Case, because you almost lost third generation Honda royal customer. More
