My wife is pregnant so Shaher knew we did not want to be shuffled around all day from van to van, model to model, so we sat and spoke about what we wanted and narrowed it down to just a few options and before we knew it we were signing papers with Yosuan who was also very pleasant and efficient at his position. We purchased a bumper to bumper warrantee. Overall, without going into more detail, just a wonderful experience, and my wife and I drive away in a brand new 2015 Odessy and loving it.
