This dealership may be great however they would not share or discuss pricing of an in stock vehicle with me unless I came in person. After a terrible experience at Honda of Fort Myers where they wildly inflated vehicle pricing with “market adjustments” and garbage dealer add ons, I just wanted to know what Rick Case was willing to sell an in stock vehicle for. They refused to even provide a starting point or to negotiate in good faith when I provided an out the door number I found fair. This is also the price I ultimately purchased the same vehicle for elsewhere. Yes, chip shortage. We have all heard this excuse. I anticipated a markup. That being said, to not even have a good faith discussion on vehicle pricing is unacceptable. These shady tactics have always existed however they have been worsened recently. I do hope buyers remember this and take it into consideration when shopping for a vehicle. I can’t fault the internet sales associate for this. It seems to be a policy of Rick Case Honda (and many other dealerships) to only discuss pricing in person. More
