Salesman John Cable was by far the best! ! I drove 2 hours to buy a car from this dealership: I wanted to by local but Rick Case Honda had the best price by far. When I arrived to my appointm ! Usually come here for service so can only speak to that. Don’t cone here to service anything other than an oil change. They have zero value to the meaning of customer service. Came here with a new lease I got elsewhere and no one even approached me to ask me if I needed help. Finally found a service advisor who told me that only way they can even look at my car is if I leave it overnight. Without even asking me what the problem is. Unacceptable. Definitely won’t be coming back here. More
