Service department I was there today. I had a 10:30 appointment and got there 30 minutes early. Still left two and a half hour later. I had an appointment other people d I was there today. All I did was basic oil change and tire rotation. The representative- Julio- was busy on personal call - and had no sense of urgency in finding out why it was taking so long. More
