Heavily scammed today in the service dept. Will not return ever again to this dealership. I was told something was needed, then I realized those items were done in January. once I explained this, I was return ever again to this dealership. I felt like literally , the service advisor’s goal was to keep my bill tag at a certain price, instead of being honest of what was truly due. To trust a dealership and service advisor will never happen again. and to make matter worse, the owner’s manual does not even give the customer a breakdown of what is due at each mileage segment. You have to “pay $50 to have that manual mileage sent to you”. I will be contacting Honda for this nonsense!!! More
Overall An excellent dealership that showed concern for you as you entered the showroom. Mark Riley set the relaxed tone by answering our questions re leasing and buying a new Honda. Frank Parlante went the extra mile by showing us different Pilot models and letting us test the the vehicles and explaining all the new and added features in the 2020 models. Paul Browne helped us with getting the numbers that we could afford. I would be remiss if I didn’t credit Sam Zaide for walking us through the maze of paperwork and explaining the contract in plain language while suggesting important protection warranties that were helpful to us! This is a well run , no pressure dealership that I will recommend to my friends. More

Shame on me for not checking here before I got my wife and me a vehicle from here. 12/22/2018 - Went to see Andre Lacaya to trade in my wife's lease and my lease so we can both get new ones on 12/22. Andre informed us that Rick Case will make all the remaining payments on both previous leases. We called Toyota Financial to find out how much was owed on my wife's lease. They told us X amount months is still due. Memory does not serve me well on the amount of months still owed because it was over a year ago. Andre said "well it's not really X amount because you should have paid that in the down payment. So it's actually 1 less than X." We both got our previous leases at the same time so we thought the amount of months would be the same and we figured he knew what he was talking about, clearly he was wrong. But we will get back to that. We both got new vehicles and left. 12/26/2018 - I noticed there was a huge gash on one of the rims. When the vehicle was given to me on 12/2 Andre said the vehicle was a show floor model and they had to remove stickers from the windows. I assume they damaged the rim at some point. If you look in the pic I attached you can notice a round sticker that used to be right below the gash, but was peeled. So I assume it was damaged, they marked it, and when leased to me they just took the sticker off and did not say anything. I contacted Andre. He said will handle it - as of today, 12/18/2019 that gash is still on the rim. I have made several attempts to have Andre fix it to no avail. As you read on you will see any attempts for a resolution on a customer issue fall by the wayside. 01/25/2019 - My wife got her final statement from Toyota Financial. Surprise surprise - one monthly payment was still due. Andre said he will look into it and will get back to me. 01/26/2019 - Asked for an update, no response. 02/04/2019 - Asked for an update. He said he will call me in an hour. 5 hours later I asked for an update and no response. 02/11/2019 - Asked for an update. He asked for the info to contact Toyota Financial. 02/13/2019 - He said he tried to call them and they refused to speak to him. My wife called Toyota Financial and got the person's info that he needs to be speak with. They were waiting on his call and we told him to conference call my wife if she needed to be on the phone. He said he will call asap. 02/15/2019 - Asked for an update. He claimed the same thing as last time even though we told him exactly who to call and to conference call my wife if he had to! Clearly he was not calling at all. Toyota sent the bill to collections. I was able to get it removed from collections and paid the last payment, I considered it a lost and moved on. 06/04/2019 - Asked Andre if he could set up an appointment to get us both oil changes. He said he will and will let me know. 06/08/2019 and morning of 06/11/2019 - Asked for updates. Guess what? No response! Evening of 06/11/2019 - I got my final statement from Lexus Financial and one more monthly payment was still due! Seeing as though Andre lacks customer service and common courtesy I e-mailed the management of Rick Case to get help. Jimmy Contreas called me. I explained the situation. He said he will look into it and will get back to me. Later that evening I got a call from Roger Maitland who assured me he will handle the payment issue and the rim issue. I told him exactly how much we paid to Toyota and how much was still due to Lexus. 06/12/2019 - Asked for an update and will let me know. 06/13/2019 - Asked for an update and he responded back "done deal" 06/28/2019, 07/03/2019, 07/06/2019, 12/09/2019 - Asked for an update and no response. 12/16/2019 - I already paid both Toyota and Lexus. But I figured I would give them one more show to make it right so I emailed management. Andy Radu called me shortly after that. Guess what he said. That he would look into it and get back to me. Never heard from him again. They are just the worst Honda dealership in South Florida. There are so many other Honda dealerships to choose from. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Horrible customer service, no follow through, misleading sales tactics, no free car washes or oil changes, poor management - the list goes on and on. STAY AWAY!!
