I really wish I had gone to a real body shop. The dealership held my car hostage for over a month! No loaner provided. Zero communication. I plan on turning in my lease and going to Toyota. I will NEVER deal with Honda again, especially this Honda dealership. I am so angry and Olán on telling everyone I see how horribly I was treated.
