I had to call to the service person who received my car (he was off) to ask about the status of my car, because nobody called me / txt me or email me to advise that my car was ready. Rey met us as soon as we pulled into the lot. Smiling, even though it was very hot outside. He took the time to show us (four of us in the family) what inventory was available. Rey was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Friendly too. (the man loves his Publix chicken tender subs. LOL... so do we ) Rey showed us the benefits of each vehicle. He sat with us and explained the features of those cars we picked from the lot which fit onto our list. Although Rey couldn't come close to our price because his "manager" wouldn't budge off of the Internet price, Rey tried. We eventually bought the car, and Rey was extremely helpful with his end of the negotiations and sales "flow". Youseff was great I walked in to just see where I was at, I had a good car so it wasn't like I needed a new car but I wanted one and my rep got the job done. He even set up the new car with my bluetooth, explained the features, gave me a cheatsheet and helped me move all my junk out of my old car into the new car. Most Sales Reps wash their hands of you once you sign the deal but he was very caring. The Finance Manager that I worked with was very patient with me because I asked a lot of questions and kept verifying everything. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable. I am terrible with names so I can't remember his right now but he stayed til 10pm on Friday night to get the deal done. Thumbs up guys! More
