Youseff was great I walked in to just see where I was at, I had a good car so it wasn't like I needed a new car but I wanted one and my rep got the job done. He even set up the new car with my bluetooth, explained the features, gave me a cheatsheet and helped me move all my junk out of my old car into the new car. Most Sales Reps wash their hands of you once you sign the deal but he was very caring. The Finance Manager that I worked with was very patient with me because I asked a lot of questions and kept verifying everything. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable. I am terrible with names so I can't remember his right now but he stayed til 10pm on Friday night to get the deal done. Thumbs up guys! More

Service was polite, fast and professional. I’m afraid the salesperson who sold me the maintenance agreement lied. It only includes oil change, not rotations or anything else. I really wish I had gone to a real body shop. The dealership held my car hostage for over a month! No loaner provided. Zero communication. I plan on turning in my lease and going to Toyota. I will NEVER deal with Honda again, especially this Honda dealership. I am so angry and Olán on telling everyone I see how horribly I was treated.
