Rey met us as soon as we pulled into the lot. Smiling, even though it was very hot outside. He took the time to show us (four of us in the family) what inventory was available. Rey was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Friendly too. (the man loves his Publix chicken tender subs. LOL... so do we ) Rey showed us the benefits of each vehicle. He sat with us and explained the features of those cars we picked from the lot which fit onto our list. Although Rey couldn't come close to our price because his "manager" wouldn't budge off of the Internet price, Rey tried. We eventually bought the car, and Rey was extremely helpful with his end of the negotiations and sales "flow".
