From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer. Firstly, Met with a man who introduce himself as a sales manager Andre Austin who advised Stefan Levy would take care of what I was looking for the staff seemed disinterested in assisting me. Despite my attempts to engage with them and express my preferences, Moreover, Stefan attempted to up sale a c-rv color I didn’t like and even though I point him out the color of the car I did liked. I was met with apathy and indifference. It was evident that they were more focused on other tasks than on catering to my needs as a potential buyer. Furthermore, the pricing strategy by Andre Austin was confusing and inconsistent. I found it challenging to determine the actual value of the cars due to unclear pricing and hidden fees. It felt like the dealership was trying to squeeze as much money out of customers as possible, rather than offering fair and transparent pricing. Overall, my experience at Rick Case Honda of Davie FL was extremely underwhelming. The lack of customer service, poor vehicle on stock available, and unclear pricing left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a positive car-buying experience. More
The splash shield / lower engine cover came off and needed to have it replaced. Wade Bell, Service Manager gave me an estimate over the phone. Took the car for service today and was so pleased that the needed to have it replaced. Wade Bell, Service Manager gave me an estimate over the phone.
