I scheduled an appointment at Rick Case Honda in Weston. I donot know where to start, I'm in Customer Service and Wade was simply Amazing, the process went so smoothly and it was so easy getting all my inf I donot know where to start, I'm in Customer Service and Wade was simply Amazing, the process went so smoothly and it was so easy getting all my information in the system from HONDA OF MENTOR, wade had me call it was so prompt, I waited and was kept informed of the progress and problems I needed a specialist attention. 5 stars for Customer Service, 5 stars for Wade and outstanding employee at Rick Case. The waiting area was equipped with anything you need from coffee, treats and wifi Thank you RickCase Honda for make my EXPERIENCE 100 Wade is Absolutely Amazing and Andrea stepped right in and assisted me since Wade has been promoted. I was going to take my care back to Tire Plus and Wade and Andrea worked it out for me and I will never go anywhere else. God Bless you both Elder Frances More
