This place has two services "departments", one for express service, and the other one for special services that need quite some work or repair. For years, I have found the non-express service departm express service, and the other one for special services that need quite some work or repair. For years, I have found the non-express service department is very confusing to get around and very frustrating when dealing with the people (assistant service managers) there. When you get there, there is literally nobody "waiting" for you outside. Actually, if you wait for someone to come to you, it could be hours or forever. You will have to go inside a crowded long narrow room and talk to someone who are sitting there. You actually don't know who you should talk to. I also found that the people working there seem never smile or they do not think you are a customer. Finally, for the cost of service, their quote is always the highest in the market. I have used this place for at least two time to fix some problems in my cars. I feel being ripped off each time. More

Overall, they do good work. HOWEVER, their customer service and integrity compass could use some adjusting. Patience and Diligence is key when doing business with this location. You may have to check on the status of your vehicle a few times as it may not be ready when promised, which may be standard in this field. Also, check to make sure they perform the work specified as they may not be honest or thorough in doing so. They are an Average shop. They can become better if they improve the level of professionalism and CUSTOMER service as these areas makes the difference in being good (or average) as opposed to EXCELLENT which is suppose to be their standard.
