I love rick case honda. Its my go to place when I buy my cars. Sales department is great… but today I had the worse experience at the service center. The people in that department are not polite at all. I went in the morning to drop off my car because my AC stopped working in my 2018 civic. No one acknowledged my presence, I could’ve problaby stolen a car and no one would’ve noticed. Finally someone with a different color shirt asked me if I was being helped. I said nope and he said someone will be with you shortly. An agent finally came to take my car with the biggest attitude and he even yelled at me for attempting to fix my car before bringing it to the service center. Later in the afternoon they called saying the compressor is not good and that the warranty does not cover its replacement. Why? I just got a letter in the mail telling me that My warranty was extended because the A/C condenser leaks so….. the warranty covers the A/C condenser but not the A/C compressor? Isn’t all that, part of the A/C system? In the afternoon when I went to pick up my car, same thing lack of manners and another agent with attitude. I will never ever go back there to do any kind of service in my car not because of the warranty issue but for the terrible customer service. If they dont like their jobs they should work somewhere esle. Customer service is important for any business and $187 for not fixing my car, not fair. More
HORRIBLE experience at Rick Case Honda! Rude and confrontation salesman and the manager was not helpful with the price of the vehicle or the low ball offer for my trade-in. The salesman had us test drive a “new” car but it had stains on seats and signs of wear and tear. He then tried to sell us this exact vehicle as if it was new. Even though my 2015 trade-in was in very good condition and had only 35k miles (with no damage, accidents, or flooding) I was offered $8,000 even though Rick Case’s website (through kbb) indicated it was valued at appx. $12,200. After a frustrating hour of haggling they grudgingly agreed to $10k and steadfastly refused to budge any further. They also have an optional $1,500 “protection” package added to the vehicle. I requested one without it but was told all their cars have it added. I felt as if this dealer did not want to work with me but instead wanted to take advantage of me. I had no other option but to walk out of the dealer. I have had to buy many new cars over the years for myself and I’ve helped many family members, but I have to say that this dealer was by far the worst one I have ever been in. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND RICK CASE HONDA. More
Had an 11:45 appointment to diagnose a check engine light, service tech was told I would wait. Finally four hours later I tracked down the tech and they hadn't ever bothered to check yet. I went to the express dept since I was told I only needed an oil change. My service advisor was Ed Paz and was very courteous and professional. Had an appointment to view a Civic hatchback. We drove 25 miles to see the car and Shahar calls me 15 minutes before we arrive telling me it was sold. I would not have driven there if I had known. He said they had a similar car in transit so I tried to make a deal on that car. He/ the manager would not go below MSRP and in fact they added numerous inflated dealer fees. No wiggle room at all. I don't recommend him or Rick Case Honda. More

Worst dealership in florida!!! They do not return phone calls!!! They add on extras without your permission and when you try to cancel they do not answer your phone calls and do not call you back!!
